Hair Loss, Thin Hair, Brow & Lash Growth

In 2013 Daniel Field Laboratory and independent research teams based here in the UK, Korea and Japan started a project looking at hair, brows and lashes.

*hair, brow and lash loss prevention

*hair, brow and lash growth retardation

*hair, brow and lash growth restoration

*hair, brow and lash growth stimulation

The research looked first at a number of existing but hopeful botanical, plant-based discoveries. We then went on to create a drug-free formulation where all four areas were covered in one multi-functioning product.

This is what we have seen from the regular use of Hair Growth Active since 2014;

Hair loss, brow and lash prevention-.We don’t see hair, brow and lash loss prevented with Hair Growth Active when it is caused by Acute Telogen Effluvium. (ATE) which is triggered by a dramatic event, surgery or sepsis.

Hair growth retardation-The most common form of persistent hair, brow and lash loss causing thinning is called Chronic Telogen Effluvium. (CTE) Chronic Telogen Effluvium is caused by persistent antagonists like stress, Other causes are hormonal imbalances, sleep loss and as drug medication side-effects.  Once the loss is stopped the hair brows and lashes usually grows back well and quickly. Hair Growth Active is very useful for reversing hair growth retardation.

Hair loss restoration- Androgenetic Alopecia or pattern baldness is a common form of hair loss seen in both men and women. Falling hairs are less noticeable but the hair gets thinner and thinner as finer hairs are replaced until areas become bald in well recognised patterns, This is triggered in both men and woman with a genetic predisposition. With Hair Growth Active we have seen this form of hair loss stopped and the hair restored but to varying degrees. Some restorations are very impressive whilst others less so. In these cases, we are presently engaged in a new research project to try to harmonise these results.

Hair growth stimulation-Whether naturally thin or after chemotherapy, with Hair Growth Active we often see hair, brows and lashes grow back faster and become far longer and thicker than ever before, 365 days a year without seasonally related drops. Those trying to grow there scalp hair longer and thicker, love the results achieved with Hair Growth Active.Medical Conditions~ Hair loss often has obvious medical causation. Our medical team lead by Dr Sturridge will perform specific blood tests to determine the ‘root’ cause. Together as a team we aim to help you correct underlying issues often in combination with the help of our topical applications.

Grey/white hair reversal-An unexpected benefit of Hair Growth Active use often reported by users is the reversal of white/grey hairs after about 6 months continuous use.

Emotional Causes of Hair Loss

To help solve hair loss triggered by either conscious or unconscious stress, we don't rely just on Hair Growth Active, we also refer our clients to our therapist,Julie.. She really helps people suffering from stress and sees people in person and by Skype, Zoom and phone coaching.

Three types of hair loss that can be associated with high stress levels are:

  • Telogen effluvium. In telogen effluvium, significant stress pushes large numbers of hair follicles into a resting phase. Within a few months, affected hairs might fall out suddenly when simply combing or washing your hair.

  • Trichotillomania. Trichotillomania is an irresistible urge to pull out hair from your scalp, eyebrows or other areas of your body. Hair pulling can be a way of dealing with negative or uncomfortable feelings, such as stress, tension, loneliness, boredom or frustration.

  • Alopecia areata. A variety of factors are thought to cause alopecia areata, including severe stress. With alopecia areata, the body's immune system attacks the hair follicles — causing hair loss.
